Return

If you are not happy with your StorageForSports product, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. The product was purchased directly from StorageForSports.com.
3. It is the current style or design.
4. The item is in new, unused, and resalable condition, with its original packaging intact.
5. You have notified us in advance and received a return address from our team.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund. Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping fees. Refunds will be issued for the returned products only.

Gifts Returns

1. If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the item.
2. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Important Notes:

• We cannot accept returns for purchases made from other retailers. Please contact your original point of purchase for their return policy.
• Warranty claims are an exception—please select “Warranty Claim” below for assistance.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you must return the item following this returns policy.
