Some rear fenders are longer than others This can cause the longer ones to drag on the ground when the bike is lifted up to the vertical position to mount into the rack. If your bike has long rear fenders we recommend you raise the bike up until just before the fender touches the ground and try to make sure the front wheel is close to or touching the rack, then you can push the bike into the rack. Otherwise, you can lift your bike up and push it into the rack.
