Beginner classes cater to the absolute
beginner. This level is ideal for new
students to build their knowledge of the
basic principles of Pilates, while also
giving them the opportunity to build up
their coordination and strength.
02.
Intermediate Class
Our Intermediate level classes are
designed to further challenge the
coordination and strength of students
through variations of the classic Pilates
movements. These energetic, fast
paced classes include some
modifications for more advanced
exercises, but students are encouraged
to challenge themselves.
03.
